First harvest of the year!

 I harvested my first squash of the year! They were huge - one weighed nearly 1,5kg and the other almost 1kg. I may have let them grow a bit too long, but we’ll see how they taste 😊

I’m still not too sure what to do with them, but I will certainly pickle some so they can be eaten later in the year.

I have quite a lot of pumpkins and I am dying for them to ripen 🎃 . I’ll probably end up giving some of these away because there is only so much pumpkin soup I can eat 🤪
