Those pesky birds

This is all that's left of the Blue Hubbard Squashes we planted. 6 were planted, but only 2 germinated. Unfortunately, some bird mistook the little seed tray for the salad bar because it dug up one of the seedlings and ate it. It picked at the tomato seedlings and some of the herbs as well. I never thought I'd have to worry about birds in my back garden!
